Airmen can earn an RBLP® leadership certification online no matter
where they are stationed globally.
Airmen can also use Air Force COOL to pay for the RBLP® series of leadership certification exams and exam prep training. Check with Air Force COOL to determine eligibility requirements.
Eligible active-duty military and veterans can also use GI Bill®benefits to pay for the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional®(RBLP®) series of certification exams.
Air Force units may use SF182 and the government charge card to pay for exam prep training and our certification exams. Please visit our FAQ page for more information.
Resilience-Building Professional® Certification Levels
RBLP
is for front-line supervisors.
Airmen at pay grades E4 and E5
RBLP-C
is for middle managers.
Airmen at pay grades o1, o2, and E6
RBLP-T
is for senior leaders.
Airmen at pay grades o3 and above; and E7-E9

If you are using Air Force COOL to fund your certification, you will need to request an exam quote from RBLP® for the exam fee. You will also need a separate price quote for an exam prep course from Elite Leadership Consulting LLC
